QUESTIONS

My barcode isn’t working, and I can’t access the gym, what do I do?

First, please check the app to ensure your membership payment is up to date. Once any outstanding payments are made, your access should be restored. If your payment is current and the issue persists, our staff will be happy to assist you during staffed hours. If the gym is unstaffed, please contact ABC Fitness, our software provider, at 844-738-3247 for further assistance.

I previously purchased a pass, why does my account not show my most recent purchase?

Unfortunately, due to limitations in our software, if your email is already linked to a previous purchase or agreement, it won’t automatically trigger a new email when you make another purchase.
To ensure you receive access to the gym, the best solution is to email our team after your purchase. We can manually update your account by removing the old information and triggering a new welcome email, allowing you to reset your password and receive a fresh barcode.

Alternatively, you’re welcome to stop by during staffed hours and purchase a day pass at the front desk, which we can apply directly to your existing account.

Can I rent a locker?

Our lockers are free to use!

You will need to bring your own lock for the lockers at our Italian Village location.

The lockers at Harrison West, Quarry Trails & Grandview have locks built in!  
How to Use the Lockers at Harrison West, Quarry Trails and Grandview:
1. Place your items inside the locker.
2. Choose a four-digit code.
3. Turn the wheels to set your code.
4. Turn the knob to lock the locker.
5 Scramble the code by turning the wheels randomly.
6. To unlock, enter your code and turn the knob.
IMPORTANT: Do not scramble the code before turning the knob to the lock position or else you will be locked out.
 
Locker Guidelines for All Locations:
Please Leave the Locker Unlocked: To ensure all our members have access to lockers when they need them, we ask that you leave your locker unlocked after use. This simple step will allow the next person to store their belongings without any delay. 
No Overnight Storage: For safety and hygiene reasons, please remove all personal items from your locker by the end of the day. We kindly ask that you don’t leave belongings overnight.

Are there locker rooms?

At our Italian Village and Grandview locations, we provide traditional locker rooms equipped with multiple shower stalls in both the men’s and women’s areas. At Harrison West and Quarry Trails, we offer a wall of lockers conveniently located near several unisex private restrooms, the majority of which are equipped with showers. At all locations we provide premium amenities including Pureology shampoo and conditioner, Philosophy body wash, and hairdryers for your convenience.

Do you provide towel service?

We currently offer towel service at our Quarry Trails location.

I joined online but haven’t gotten an email, how do I get into the Gym?

After completing your online registration, you should receive two emails: one with a copy of your contract and another with instructions for logging into our app and accessing your barcode, which you will use to enter the gym. The barcode can be scanned at the black boxes labeled “Huzzard” located near the 24/7 access doors.

If you haven’t received these emails, please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder. If you’re still unable to locate them, download “The Athletic Cos.” app and select “Forgot Password” on the login screen. This will prompt the system to send you a new email to set up your account. If you still encounter issues, please contact us to confirm we have the correct email address on file.

I want to bring a friend to the gym, what’s the guest policy?

Members are allowed one guest pass per month, allowing you to bring 1 guest for a single visit. If you have already used your guest pass for the month, additional guests are welcome to purchase a day pass for $10 per visit, which they can purchase online or at the front desk.

Do you offer any special discounts? I.e. Military or student?

We offer discounted membership rates for residents of Thrive Companies properties, as well as exclusive OSU student memberships at our Harrison West location. Additionally, we are pleased to waive the initiation fee for active military personnel and veterans with valid identification. At this time, we do not offer special discounts for other groups.

Do you offer a preferred employer program?

Absolutely!
