Sculpt

Pilates-inspired full body workout with a focus on posture and deep core activation. Build core strength, improve posture, and move with intention in this class. Mobility

Our mobility class is focused on blending functional movement with recovery techniques. You’ll strengthen and stretch through natural movement patterns like squatting and twisting while using tools to release tension, improve mobility, and boost circulation.

Summer
Series

Join us outside on the turf at The Little Grand for a refreshing start to your weekend. Throughout the summer, we’ll be hosting Mat Pilates and Yoga classes on Saturday mornings, alternating formats each week. Drop in for $15 and enjoy movement in the fresh air. On the last Saturday of each month, stick around after class for cold plunges provided by Sweathouz.

QUESTIONS

Are there locker rooms?

At our Italian Village location, we provide traditional locker rooms equipped with three shower stalls in both the men’s and women’s areas. At Harrison West, we offer a wall of lockers conveniently located near three unisex private restrooms, two of which are equipped with showers. We also provide premium amenities including Pureology shampoo and conditioner, Philosophy body wash, and Shark hairdryers for your convenience.

Can I rent a locker?

Our lockers are free to use, we just ask that you do not leave items there overnight.

Do you provide towel service?

We currently do not offer towel service.

I joined online but haven’t gotten an email, how do I get into the app?

After completing your online registration, you should receive two emails: one with a copy of your contract and another with instructions for logging into our app and accessing your barcode, which you will use to enter the gym. The barcode can be scanned at the black boxes labeled “Huzzard” located near the 24/7 access doors.

If you haven’t received these emails, please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder. If you’re still unable to locate them, download “The Athletic Cos.” app and select “Forgot Password” on the login screen. This will prompt the system to send you a new email to set up your account. If you still encounter issues, please contact us to confirm we have the correct email address on file.

Do you offer any special discounts? I.e. Military or student?

We offer discounted membership rates for residents of Thrive Companies properties, as well as exclusive OSU student memberships at our Harrison West location. Additionally, we are pleased to waive the initiation fee for active military personnel and veterans with valid identification. At this time, we do not offer special discounts for other groups.

How do I sign UP FOR a class?

You will get ahold of the instructor to sign up for their specific class, the link to contact them is in our Instagram bio! To sign-up for small group training, you can book directly through your Athletic Cos. app.
